Searching URL Content
This section explains how to view the graphics that a Web Page/Uniform
Resource Locator (URL) contains as well as any link it has to other
URLs or files.
To browse a new URL, it must first be added to the URL Table. To do this, enter the URL name in the URL field,
then press the ADD button and the URL will be added to the URL Table. Depending upon the URL configuration you may need
to provide one or more of the optional components (referring url,
proxy, username/password to view.
Once a URL is available in the URL Table, you can browse its
contents by selecting it (click on it with your mouse), and then
selecting the Browse button.
The URL will then be queued for browsing. Once it is browsed, all
the items and links that are referenced in the URL page will be added
to the URL Table and are now available for browsing or saving.
To browse any of these new items, repeat the steps of selecting the
URL(s) to be browsed and then press the Browse button.
The pop-up menu can also be used. A Browse option is
also available and will perform the same task as the Browse
button.
To automatically search any new content found in the original URL, use
the Browse ∞ button or the Browse ∞ from the pop-up menu.
Selecting one of these options will cause MoJoServo to
continously seach any new content found in the new URLs (that has not
already been added to the URL Table).
As a safety precaution - MoJoServo will not automatically search any
URLs that leave the base host from which the Browse ∞ was
initiated. To search these URLs, select them from the URL Table
and perform the desired action.
